Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He stated he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a large quantity of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
